My intuitive healing

During peak of my burnout, my accidental healing led me down a rabbit hole of a discovery. A discovery into neurobiology of the nervous system - a healing rooted in using the body as a tool for optimizing the mind. One thing led to another and a few years later, I completed several training to demistify the science of healing I experienced. During this time, I maintained my full-time job, where I found myself at a newly found clarity and a new power of making impact with ease. This journey birthed "Numb to Alive," with the goal of guiding sensitive high achievers toward easeful empowerment through simple education, personal guidance, and techniques.

Wholeness and Acceptance

I believe at our core we are whole. Being whole doesn’t mean we’re all a homogeneous blob of white light. Think of it as different chords on a guitar. When our wholeness emerges, we each have a perfect but unique signature. When life happens—chronic stress, emotional wounds, and unprocessed shame or guilt—we become out-of-tune chords. I believe we have everything within us to heal ourselves. Our only job is to get out of our own way for our wholeness to come together. First thing I guide you to see your wholeness by releasing you shame and guilt as a byproduct of nervous system regulation.

When I shifted from feeling flawed to believing in my wholeness and connecting with my deeper self, I followed the breadcrumbs of self-healing to become my best self.  

sensing and stepping into power

Nothing pains me more than seeing compassionate, high-achievers lose their sense of power and questioning their journey. Nothing gives me more joy than facilitating them in regaining their power and ease so that they can shine their unique vibration and impact the world. Now this is not just fluffy words. I believe we all can access this with a step-by-step and scientific steps. It is not forcing or preaching self-love, ease or clarity of action but experiencing it from inside.

My vision is to you develop personalized somatic tools to regulate anxiety, overwhelm, freeze, and procrastination, restoring calm and focus. With over 80% of our vagus nerve afferent—carrying signals from the body to the brain, while the rest go from the brain to the body—we have the power to influence our thoughts and feelings by managing these signals. This means we have agency over how we think and feel, and we don’t have to accept every story our mind creates. By engaging in gentle mind-body exercises, such as breathing or stretching, we can tap into different brain waves and shift the quality of our thoughts and emotions.  

Modeling Joy and Resilience

One of the biggest dilemmas during burnout is realizing you did everything right—followed all the rules, kept your heart open, and wanted to make a difference. And yet, here you are, overwhelmed and robbed of the happiness you were promised. For many of my clients, the most terrifying thought is: how can I guide my kids, nieces, or nephews if I can’t even model joy for them? That’s why it’s not just about making external changes. It’s about shifting your inner state so you can truly embody joy and resilience for the next generation.

Holding Life’s Ups and Downs together

True resilience is not denying unpleasant or negative experience. It is the ability to experience the whole emotional range, without feeling thrown off the rails by unpleasant events. Having tools, practices and inner self disciplines to safely handle the 'slumps' without staying stuck in those negative vortex forever is a must for every modern human. Simple nervous system regulation to create safety and create capacity to hold ups and downs is one of the main principles of Numb to Alive coaching.
